        進口阻火器工作原理

        進口阻火器工作原理:

        關于阻火器的工作原理,目前主要有兩種觀點:一是基于傳熱作用;一是基于器壁效應。 

        1傳熱作用

        燃燒所需要的必要條件之一就是要達到一定的溫度,即著火點。低于著火點,燃燒就會停止。依照這一原理,只要將燃燒物質的溫度降到其著火點以下,就可以阻止火焰的蔓延。當火焰通過 

        阻火元件的許多細小通道之后將變成若干細小的火焰。設計阻火器內部的阻火元件時,則盡可能擴大細小火焰和通道壁的接觸面積,強化傳熱,使火焰溫度降到著火點以下,從而阻止火焰蔓延。 

        器壁效應

        燃燒與爆炸并不是分子間直接反應,而是受外來能量的激發,分子鍵遭到破壞,產生活化分子,活化分子又分裂為壽命短但卻很活潑的自由基,自由基與其它分子相撞,生成新的產物,同時也產生新的自由基再繼續與其它分子發生反應。當燃燒的可燃氣通過阻火元件的狹窄通道時,自由基與通道壁的碰撞幾率增大,參加反應的自由基減少。當阻火器的通道窄到一定程度時,自由基與通道壁的碰撞占主導地位,由于自由基數量急劇減少,反應不能繼續進行,也即燃燒反應不能通過阻火器繼續傳播。

         

        進口阻火器主要性能:

        1、阻爆性能合格,連續13次阻爆性能試驗每次均能阻火。

        2、耐燒性能合格,耐燒試驗1小時無回火現象。

        3、殼體水壓試驗合格。結構合理,重量輕、耐腐蝕。易檢修,安裝方便。阻 火器芯子采用不銹鋼材料耐腐蝕易于清洗。 

         

        進口阻火器主要用途:

        1、輸送可燃性氣體的管道上。 

        2、火炬系統。 

        3、油氣回收系統。 

        4、加熱爐燃料氣的管網上。 

        5、氣體凈化通化系統。 

        6、氣體分析系統。 

        7、煤礦瓦斯排放系統。 

        8、易燃易爆溶劑系統(如反應釜及儲罐放空口等)。

        進口阻火器維修與保養
        1、 為了確保阻火器的性能達到使用目的,在安裝阻火器前,必須認真閱讀廠家提供的說明書。

        2、 阻火器上的流向標記必須與介質流向一致。
        3、 每隔半年應檢查一次。檢查阻火層是否有堵塞、變形或腐蝕等缺陷。
        4、 被堵塞的阻火層應清洗干凈,保證每個孔眼暢通,對于變形或腐蝕的阻火層應更換。
        5、 清洗阻火器芯件時,應采用高壓蒸汽、非腐蝕性溶劑或壓縮空氣吹掃,不得采用鋒利的硬件刷洗。
        6、 重新安裝阻火層時,應更新墊片并確認密封面已清潔和無損傷,不得漏氣。

        Repair and maintenance of imported flame arrester
